Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away. We hope you enjoy sharing in our "Muir Moments".

Livin La Vida Loca
Now that I have a spare second I thought I would update our blog. I know I haven't been as faithful as I promised to keep it updated, but keep reading and maybe you can find it in your hearts to forgive me. So much as been going on in the Muir Family I feel like we are living La Vida Loca, seriously. I wake up and that song just keeps playing in my head over and over and over again telling me this is my life! The first thing that i wanted to update you on was Dan and Sara's visit. Dan is Steve's younger brother and he and his wife have been living in San Diego for the past 4 years and we have hardly got to see them at all. They finally got their arcade down there sold and came up for a 10 day visit which was not nearly long enough if you ask me. While they were here we got together several times and went bowling, hung out, played games, and went to Lagoon. We had so much fun with them and hope that they will make up their minds to move out here permanently!! The last big piece of news that we have to share is that I am quitting my job! I put in my two weeks notice and feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Love jokes and says that we are accepting donations from our family and friends to help support us. Although the unknown is a little scary right now, we feel so blessed to be able to live off of one income and I can stay home and be with P. As far as Love's job is concerned. We still are unsure where he is going to end up. It sounds like the business in Georgia wasn't all that great, so they are still looking, so we will just keep our fingers crossed that everything will work out for the best. Thanks for your patience with us, and I will try to keep this up to date.

Muir Family Christmas Card
If any of you know our family, you know we are always trying to take pictures of all of the grandkids for Grandma Jeanne to use as the Muir Family Christmas Card, but at last, it seems like we can never get one where every one is looking and smiling. I thought this one was classic. How about this one for the Christmas Card Jeanne?

What's up my Homies. . .
Our Little Helper
We have my brother helping us with a couple of projects around the house and P has deemed himself as Dan's Little Helper. Dan is always so patient with him even though he hides his screws and has to have the same tools as his Uncle Dan and follows him around everywhere doing the same motions that Dan does. He loves to help out!

Our One Year Anniversary
For family night tonight, we decided to go back to the Salt Lake Temple and celebrate having P sealed to us for a year now. We talked about the events of that special day and the happy memories we have from it. Love and I feel so blessed to have P in our lives! Even if he doesn't look very happy to be with us. . .

Preston Graduates!
It's hard to believe in the post before that he was going into nursery and now he is graduating. He's growing up fast, but not that fast thank goodness. P is graduating as a "Birdie" in his Little Gym class. He loved going each week and learning new gymnastic skills. He is here with his teacher, Miss Lila, getting his graduation bubbles. Way to Go P! Be sure to watch the video for P's Daring Jump!
Preston's First Day in Nursery
I can't even believe I'm typing this right now, because I can't believe that P is already 18 months old. He went to nursery for the first time on Sunday. He was so excited to go and play with the other kids (well the 2 other kids). He had so much fun playing with toys, and singing and having a snack. His teacher said that he only cried once when the toys were being put away, but then he was fine.

Day out with Thomas
Love, P and I had the chance to go and see Thomas the Train at the Heber Valley Railroad. P had so much fun with his cousins! We all got to ride on "Thomas" and P thought that it was pretty fun not to have to be in his car seat! All of the kids got tattoos and balloon animals and we snacked on cotton candy. Afterwards we went to the "train mcdonald's" know to others as the Dairy Keen and had more fun watching the train go around the restaurant. Even though it was cold and rainy (did I mention this was May26th) we all had a good time!
